The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach side, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view and have easy access to the sand and sea. the ongoing construction on the beach showed that the hotel is continuously striving to improve and provide guests with an amazing experience. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with amenities that enhanced our relaxation, such as digitalized lighting. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces, making us feel at home.

The pool area was a bit disappointing, as it was too small for the number of guests, leading to a lack of available beds.

At this luxurious hotel, I had an amazing experience! the staff were always upbeat and eager to fulfill my needs, as I enjoyed the exclusive amenities like the Spa & Wellness center with its full body massages and facial treatments. the outdoor swimming pool with its beach umbrellas and sun loungers, was surrounded by a beautiful garden area, perfect for lounging in the warm sun and enjoying a quiet afternoon. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the room advantages were top-notch, allowing me to fully relax in style in this prime location.

As a minor issue, I found that there was only one pool for adults and kids, which made it slightly difficult to achieve a truly exclusive atmosphere, especially as the kids were always in the adult area. this small problem did not detract from my overall experience at this superb venue.

Luxury amenities and welcoming staff awaited me upon arrival at this hotel. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a stunning sea view. the spa centre was an absolute oasis with a range of treatments, including full body massage and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was impeccable and surrounded by lush gardens and sun loungers. the restaurant served delicious food and offered in-room breakfast.

Although the hotel offered a great range of facilities, the concierge desk service could have been improved to make guests feel more comfortable. I had a memorable stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities.

I was amazed by the fantastic location of the hotel, just steps away from the beautiful West Beach. The hotel itself was lovely, with friendly staff who were always ready to help and answer any questions. Even though we had to check out at 3 am, they had no problem arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. The cleaning staff did an really good job and even went the extra mile to wish my wife a happy birthday. Special thanks to the events relations team: Nishma, Asmac, Sara, Elise, and Cecile. The restaurant food and breakfast were excellent, and I can't wait to stay here again.

If I had to mention a slight downside, I would say that the concierge desk services could be improved to provide a better holiday experience for wandering guests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, from the fine lobby with its beautiful finishes to the contemporary and spacious rooms with luxurious touches like marble and timber floors. The beach view from our room was amazing. The hotel's location on the beach side was perfect, providing us with a quiet and relaxing experience. The staff were great too make our stay nice, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service at breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast had a great variety of options.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was helpful and always had a smile on their face. The hotel's location was great, conveniently situated at the beginning of the Palm and close to many attractions.

The hotel only had one pool for adults and one for kids, and it seemed that the children often invaded the adult pool. It would have been better if there were more pool options available.
